เนื่องจากกระทำผิดวินัยร้ายแรง
จากการเบียดบังเงินค่าปรับจราจร
จนถูกผู้บังคับบัญชาตั้งคณะกรรมการ
สอบสวนข้อเท็จจริงฐานใช้อำนาจหน้าที่
โดยมิชอบ ทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบ
ต่อหน้าที่ราชการ
และละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบ
หลังตรวจพบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจทั้ง 4 นาย
มีพฤติการณ์การส่งเงินค่าปรับไม่เป็นไป
ตามระเบียบ โดยพบว่ามีสมุดเขียนค่าปรับ
หายไปกว่า 50 เล่ม หรือเกือบ 5,000 ใบ
รวมมูลค่าความเสียหายประมาณ
หลายแสนบาท โดยที่ทั้งหมดไม่สามารถ
ชี้แจงได้ว่าใบเสร็จหรือต้นขั้วใบเสร็จ
อยู่ที่ใด และเงินค่าปรับหายไปไหน
จึงได้สั่งพักราชการและมีคำสั่ง
ให้ออกจากราชการนายตำรวจทั้ง 4 นาย
ไว้ก่อน ทั้งนี้ให้มีผล
