By the time you reach Act 4, The Prisoner can feel like a real brick wall. He's not the type of boss you can just stand in front of and smash until he drops — you've gotta read his moves and stay mobile. One of the first things you'll notice is his huge chain sweep. It's got a slow, obvious wind-up where he drags that chain back, and that's your cue to move. Either back out of range or dash through him to the safe side.

Trying to eat the hit is a bad idea; it'll chunk your health in seconds. Once you get him down to around sixty percent health, things get trickier. He'll start electrifying parts of the floor, and those zones will chew through your health if you stand in them. This changes the fight completely — you can't just run around randomly anymore. You've gotta think about where you're moving, making sure you don't trap yourself in a corner with nowhere safe to stand. Keep circling him, stay in the clear areas, and wait for those chain sweep recovery moments to land your hits. It's a lot more about control here than speed.

For every build, the golden rule is patience. Don't blow your whole combo just because you see an opening — you'll end up eating a chain or slam in the face. Chip away at him, keep your movement clean, and focus on staying alive first, damage second.

The fight's basically a slow dance: learn his patterns, respect the electrified zones, and only commit when you know it's safe.
