มาพบหนูที่บ้านพัก บอกว่าท่านผู้พิพากษา
หัวหน้าศาล พบข้อพิรุธในเอกสารการฟ้อง
จึงให้มาตามหนูไปชี้แจงที่ศาล
บ่ายโมงตรงหนูไปถึงศาล ส่วนทนายความ
เขาอยู่ที่ศาลอยู่แล้ว เพราะวันนี้เขาก็ต้อง
ว่าความคดีอื่น ท่านหัวหน้าศาลเรียกตัวหนู
และทนายความเข้าไปพูดคุยสอบถาม
ว่าทำไมหนูถึงใช้นามสกุลทางฝ่ายชาย
ในเมื่อไม่ได้จดทะเบียนสมรส โชคดีที่หนู
เปลี่ยนนามสกุลกลับไปใช้ของเดิมตั้งแต่
ตอนเช้าจึงแสดงบัตรประชาชนให้ท่าน
หัวหน้าศาลดู ท่านก็บอกว่าของแม่เด็ก

ชื่อผู้ฟ้องจะต้องเป็น

บุตรที่ขอรับสิทธิ์ปกครองจะต้องเป็น
ด.ช.อดุลกิติ์ โสดาราม
จำเลยคือ นายชญานิษฐ์ พิชิตศัตรู
จากนั้นหนูและเลขาของทนายความ
พร้อมด้วย ด.ช.อดุลกิติ์ จิตรยมนานันท์
ได้นำหมายศาลไปแจ้งต่อนายทะเบียน
ณ ที่ว่าการอำเภอชะอำ
นายทะเบียนได้ทำการจำหน่ายธุรกรรม
การเปลี่ยนชื่อสกุลของลูกชาย
จากชื่อสกุล พิชิตศัตรู เป็น จิตรยมนานันท์
ให้กลับมาเป็น ด.ช.อดุลกิติ์ พิชิตศัตรู
จากนั้นได้เปลี่ยนชื่อสกุลให้ลูกชาย
โดยแนบคำสั่งศาล ให้เปลี่ยนใช้ชื่อสกุล
ตามมารดาคือ โสดาราม
จึงกลายเป็น ด.ช.อดุลกิติ์ โสดาราม
หลังจากลูกชายถ่ายบัตรประชาชนเสร็จ
ก็ถ่ายสำเนาไปยื่นศาลใหม่ทั้งของหนู
และของลูกชายค่ะ สรุปคือหนูกับลูก
หลุดพ้นจากนามสกุลของหมา
ชื่อ นายพร้อมพล อรุณรัตนดิลก
หรือ นายชญานิษฐ์ พิชิตศัตรู
หรือ นายคมกริช จิตรยมนานันท์
หรือ นายศักดิ์ศิริ ดำรงค์นิมิตรกุล
